Elfyn Wyn Jones is a dynamic entrepreneur, educator, and leader whose journey began on the lush farmlands of Anglesey, Wales. Growing up in a community steeped in traditional values, Elfyn developed a passion for both innovation and craftsmanship, a combination that would shape his remarkable career. From his early days balancing farming duties with creative pursuits, Elfyn has forged a path that seamlessly blends heritage with modern ingenuity, making him a trailblazer in design, education, leadership, and business.

Elfyn’s entrepreneurial spark ignited during his GCSE years when he handcrafted a show box that captured the attention of the local farming community, sparking the birth of his first business, Trisant  Design Solutions. Winning the Wales YFC Enterprise Scheme opened doors for Elfyn, who transformed his company into a thriving business creating bespoke show boxes and signs that combined traditional craftsmanship with innovative design. This marked the beginning of Elfyn’s journey in leadership, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to guide businesses and educational initiatives toward excellence.

His expertise spans leadership, design, and curriculum development. As Director of Innovation at Kidzink Design, Elfyn has redefined the way educational environments are conceived, blending functional design with flexibility and creativity. His work extends beyond the physical spaces he creates, as he focuses on developing educational strategies that embrace hands-on learning, real-world problem solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration. His leadership in transforming spaces and curriculums—such as his groundbreaking work at the Ridan Sh Centre of Excellence in Ahmedabad—has provided students with opportunities to engage in live, impactful projects that prepare them for the future.
